摘要
研究3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,可增大胎体安全倍数,提高轮胎整体承载性能,解决短途重载轮胎胎侧早期拉链爆及胎圈切口问题。
In this study, 3 +9 +15 × 0.225 HT steel cord was applied in the carcass ply of TBR tire to replace 3 +9 +15 × 0.22 +0.15 NT steel cord. It was found that the carcass safety factor could be increased, the loading capacity of the tires increased, and the problems for the tires in short distance and under heavy load such as early zipper rupture and bead blasting could be reduced.
