摘要 研究一步法混炼工艺密炼机排胶温度对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着排胶温度(在145~165℃范围内)升高,胶料的硬度、100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力和拉伸强度略有波动,300%定伸应力/100%定伸应力比值呈上升趋势;密炼机排胶温度对胶料的弹性模量和损耗因子影响较大,排胶温度为165℃时胶料的生热和滚动阻力低。 The infl uence of discharge temperature of single-step mixing process on the properties of the tread compound of TBR tire was studied. In the discharge temperature range of 145~165 ℃, when the temperature increased, the hardness, modulus at 100% elongation, modulus at 300% elongation and tensile strength of the tread compound changed a little, the ratio of modulus at 300% elongation and modulus at 100% elongation increased, and the elastic modulus and loss factor were more affected. When the discharge temperature was selected at 165 and the elastic modulus and loss factor were more affected. When the discharge temperature was selected at 165 ℃, the heat build-up of the compound was low and the rolling resistance of the tire was low.
