白炭黑轮胎胎面胶动态力学性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 对白炭黑Ultrasil 5000GR,Ultrasil 7500GR和Ultrasil 9000GR填充的轮胎胎面胶进行动态力学性能研究。结果表明:在3种牌号白炭黑胎面胶中,白炭黑Ultrasil 5000GR胎面胶的抗湿滑性能较好,滚动阻力较低,损耗模量较小,生热较低。白炭黑Ultrasil 5000GR适合用于轮胎胎面胶;用白炭黑Ultrasil 5000GR胎面胶制作的轮胎转速提高,抗湿滑性能有所提高,滚动阻力略有增大。 In this study, the dynamic mechanical properties of tire tread compounds iflled with different silica fillers were experimentally investigated. The silica fillers were Ultrasil 5000GR, Ultrasil 7500GR and Ultrasil 9000GR. The results showed that the tread compound filled with Ultrasil 5000GR possessed better wet skid resistance, lower rolling resistance, lower loss modulus and less heat build-up. Using the tread compound with Ultrasil 5000GR in the tire, the high speed performance and wet skid resistance of the tire were improved, while the rolling resistance increased slightly.
