摘要 介绍18. 4-38 12PR水田农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 855 mm,断面宽448 mm,行驶面宽度480mm,行驶面弧度高31 mm,胎圈着合直径970 mm,胎圈着合宽度406. 5 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2) 0. 583 2,花纹深度90 mm,花纹饱和度18. 78%,花纹周节数19。施工设计:胎面采用胎冠胶挤出双层缠绕,胎体采用6层1400dtex/2V_1锦纶6浸胶帘布和2层1400dtex/2V_2锦纶6浸胶帘布加强层;钢丝圈采用Φ0. 96 mm的19~#回火钢丝,成型采用胶囊反包成型机,硫化采用2 235. 2 mm(88英寸)单模硫化机。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合设计和企业标准要求。 The design of 18. 4—38 12 PR paddy field agricultural tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 855 mm,cross-sectional width 448 mm,width of running surface 480 mm,height of running surface 31 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 970 mm,bead width at rim seat 406. 5 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0. 583 2,pattern depth 90 mm,block/total ratio 18. 78%,and pattern circular pitches 19. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:double-layer winding by crown extrusion for tread,6 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 nylon 6 dipped cord and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass,Φ0. 96 mm 19# tempered steel wire for bead,using building machine with turning-up bladder to build tire,and 2 235. 2 mm(88 inch) single-mold curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of the design and enterprise standard.
