摘要
介绍385/55R22. 5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的轻量化设计。结构设计:外直径996 mm,断面宽386mm,胎圈着合直径571. 5 mm,胎圈着合宽度336 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0. 93,行驶面弧度高9. 5 mm,行驶面宽度325 mm,胎面花纹采用5道纵向条形花纹沟和斜向花纹槽设计。施工设计:胎冠采用双复合挤出,胎体采用3×0. 24/9×0. 225CCST钢丝帘线,带束层采用4层带束层结构,1~#带束层采用3+8×0. 33ST钢丝帘线,2~#和3~#带束层采用3×0. 20+6×0. 35HT钢丝帘线,4~#带束层采用5×0. 35HI钢丝帘线,成型采用一次法成型机,硫化采用蒸锅式双模硫化机。轻量化设计轮胎质量减小3. 12 kg,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均满足设计要求。
The lightweight design of 385/55 R22. 5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 996 mm,cross-sectional width 386 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 571. 5 mm,bead width at rim seat 336 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0. 93,arc height of running surface 9. 5 mm,width of running surface 325 mm,and tread pattern having 5 longitudinal strip grooves with diagonal grooves. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:co-extrusion for crown,3×0. 24/9×0. 225 CCST steel cord for carcass ply,using four-layer belts,3+8×0. 33 ST steel cord for 1# belt,3×0. 20+6×0. 35 HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belt,5×0. 35 HI steel cord for 4# belt,using one-stage building machine to build tire and steamer double-mold press to cure tire. The weight of the tire was reduced by 3.12 kg,and the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance performance of the finished tire met the design requirements.
