石河子大泉沟水库鱼类寄生虫区系调查研究

The Parasites Fauna Research on Fishes in Shihezi Daquangou

【目的】调查研究新疆石河子大泉沟水库鱼类寄生虫种类及感染情况。【方法】按照鱼类寄生虫的常规调查及研究方法。【结果】共剖检鱼类8种61尾,发现寄生虫11种,分别为粘孢子虫未定种(Myxosporidia sp.)、车轮虫未定种(Trichodina sp.)、页形指环虫(Dactylogyrus lamellatus)、锚钩指环虫(Dactylogyrus anchoratus)、鳙指环虫(Dactylogyrus aristichthys)、复口吸虫未定种(Diplostomum sp.)、长指三指鳋(Paraergasilus longidigitus)、鲤中华鳋(Sinergasilus undulatus)、鲢中华鳋(Sinergasilus polycolpus)、鲤锚头鳋(L.cyprinacea Lernaea)、鲺未定种(Arguloida sp.),隶属于4门、5纲、7目、6科、5属。【结论】鳙指环虫(Dactylogyrus aristichthys)感染率为76.92%、复口吸虫未定种(Diplostomum sp.)感染4种鱼类,其中3种鱼类感染率都在33.33%以上,对草鱼的感染率最高为92.31%;车轮虫未定种(Trichodina sp.)对草鱼感染率为38.46%,其它的虫种感染率和感染强度相对较低。

【Objective】The purpose of this research aims to investigate the species composition and infection condition on parasites of fishes in Daquangou reservoir,Shihezi,Xinjiang. 【Method】By the ascertainment methods of fishes parasites.【Result】8 kinds,61 fishes of 8 kinds were dissected. The result showed that 11 species were: Myxosporidia sp.,Trichodina sp.,Dactylogyrus lamellatus,Dactylogyrus anchoratus,Dactylogyrus aristichthys,Diplostomum sp.,Paraergasilus longidigitus,Sinergasilus undulatus,Sinergasilus polycolpus, L. cyprinacea Lernaea,Arguloida sp. They belong to 4 genera,5 families,7 orders,6 classes,5 phyla.【Conclusion】According to the research,the infection rate of Dactylogyrus aristichthys was 76. 92%,Diplostomum sp. infected four species of fish. Among them,the infection rate of the three kinds were higher than 33. 33%. The highest infection rate of 92. 31% was found in Ctenopharyngodon idellus. The infection rate of Ctenopharyngodon idellus caused by Trichodina sp. was 38. 46%. Relatively low prevalence and intensity of infection of other insect species were detected among other fishes.
