摘要
【目的】研究种衣剂对低温胁迫下棉种发芽、幼苗生长和相关生理指标的影响。【方法】自行研制种衣剂并包衣棉种进行实验,通过不同时期、不同低温处理,测定棉种发芽率、幼苗农艺性状及相关生理指标。【结果】低温胁迫下种衣剂能提高棉种发芽率和出苗率,促进幼苗根系生长,增强幼苗抗寒能力;随着胁迫温度降低、处理时间的延长,棉花幼苗叶片的相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量均表现出逐渐上升的趋势。【结论】种衣剂较不包衣处理能提高棉种发芽率、出苗保苗率,在一定程度上保护了幼苗生理系统,缓解了低温胁迫对棉花幼苗期造成的伤害。
【Objective】Effects of seed coating agents on seed germination,seedling growth and physiological characteristics of cotton under low temperature treatment were studied. 【Method】With self- developed seed coating agents as materials and artificial low temperature treatment,cotton seed germination,seedling agronomic traits and physiological indexes were investigated after different low temperature and time treatments.【Result】Seed coating agents improved cotton seed germination rate and seedling survival rate,promoted the root growth and enhanced cold resistance of cotton seedlings in the low temperature treatment; Moreover,with decreasing temperature and increasing processing time,leaf relative electric conductivity,SOD activity,proline content of cotton seedlings showed a gradual upward trend.【Conclusion】In contrast,seed coating agents improved cotton seed germination rate and seedling survival rate and to a certain extent,it protected the seedling physiological system and eased the damage of low temperature stress on cotton seedling.
