摘要
【目的】筛选几种对甜菜茎象甲有较好防治效果的化学药剂,为有效控制甜菜茎象甲的危害提供支撑。【方法】田间试验采用喷雾方法,室内试验采用药液浸泡方法。【结果】300 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫嗪悬浮剂1 500倍液、30%噻虫嗪悬浮剂5 000倍液、5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂1 000倍液、480 g/L毒死蜱乳油600倍液,药后12 d防治效果分别可达89.07%、85.52%、77.39%和75.88%。5种药剂对幼虫防治效果均较差。【结论】药剂喷雾防治甜菜茎象甲应在成虫期进行,在成虫高峰期用300 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫嗪悬浮剂、30%噻虫嗪悬浮剂、5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、480 g/L毒死蜱乳油进行喷施,可取得较好的防治效果。
【Objective】The test aims to select several insecticides which can control beet stem weevil effectively for the purpose of providing support for the control of beet stem weevil.【Method】Insecticides were applied by spraying in field test and the method of soaking the harmed petioles by insecticides was used in laboratory test.【Result】The control efficacy of 300 g / L chlorantraniliprole and thiamethoxam SC 1,500 times,30% thiamethoxam SC 5,000 times,5% chlorantraniliprole SC 1,000 times and 480 g / L chlorpyrifos EC 600 times reached 89. 07%,85. 52%,77. 39% and 75. 88% respectively in 12 days after treatment. All of these five insecticides had low control effects on beet stem weevil larva. 【Conclusion 】The insecticide spraying treatment to control beet stem weevil should be carried out at the adult stage,and there will be better control effects if applying 300 g / L chlorantraniliprole and thiamethoxam SC,30% thiamethoxam SC,5% chlorantraniliprole SC or 480 g / L chlorpyrifos EC in adult occurrence peak times.
