摘要
【目的】通过苗期抗病性鉴定试验,筛选对小麦白粉病具有抗性的小麦品种(系)。【方法】采用离体叶段法和苗期接菌法对小麦白粉病进行苗期抗病性鉴定。【结果】供试新疆小麦主栽品种新冬17号、新冬18号、新冬19号、新冬20号、新冬22号、新春6号等,以及其余参试品种对小麦白粉病均表现为高感。新紫1号品系对小麦白粉病表现为高抗;14/8329品系对小麦白粉病表现为中抗;其余小麦品种(系)均表现为感病。【结论】供试68个品种(系)中,仅有新紫1号和14/8329两个品种(系)对小麦白粉病具有抗病性,仅占供试品种(系)的2.94%。
【Objective】The aim of the present study conducted is to screen wheat cultivars( lines) which will have better resistance to wheat powdery mildew by wheat seedling resistance identification test.【Method】The resistance identification of wheat cultivars( lines) was studied by inoculating wheat powdery mildew to wheat seedling and leaf- dish.【Result】Wheat cultivars of Xinjiang showed high sense to wheat powdery mildew. Xinzi No. 1 showed high resistance to wheat powdery mildew. 14 /8329 showed moderate resistance.The rest wheat varieties( lines) were susceptible.【Conclusion】In the tests of 68 wheat cultivars,only Xinzi No. 1 and 14 /8329 showed resistance to wheat powdery mildew and they only accounted for 2. 94% in all the testing varieties.
