关于“乡村振兴”战略中绿色发展问题的思考

我国农业农村发展在取得巨大成就的同时,也付出了沉重的资源环境代价。资源约束日趋紧张、环境污染问题突出和农村地区资源环境管理体制机制不健全是目前我国农村生态环境面临的三大问题。"乡村振兴"战略要实现突破,必须以绿色发展为导向,即要树立绿色发展理念、推行绿色生产方式、保护绿色产业环境和构建绿色政策体系。而绿色发展的振兴之路,必须在强化空间优化、推进绿色产业、优化政策体系和构建科技创新体系等关键领域和重点方向率先实现突破。

Agriculture development in China has achieved a great achievement in recent years,while also paying a heavy resource environmental cost.The increasing resource constraints,seriously environmental pollution problems and inadequate institutional mechanism of resources and environmental management are three major problems in rural development.Thus,the'rural revitalization'strategy should be driven by green development.In other words,the development of'rural revitalization'strategy should set up the concept of green development,promote green production mode,protect the green environment and build a green policy system.Furthermore,'rural revitalization'through green development,it is necessary to find the main targets to make breakthroughs in key areas,such as strengthening space optimization,promoting green industry,optimizing policy system and building green development science and technology innovation system.
