习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想是我国当前及今后经济建设的指导思想。文本首先阐述了该思想提出的时代背景,即中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。基于党的十八大以来习近平总书记关于经济建设的系列讲话精神、经济建设的实践,以及马克思主义政治经济学关于生产力与生产关系的基本观点,构建了习近平经济思想的理论解释框架,系统阐释习近平经济思想的理论体系。最后,文本给出在实践中落实习近平经济思想的重点领域。

Xi Jinping thought on socialist economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era is the guiding ideology of China’s current and future economic construction.This paper expounds the historical background of this thought,that is,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Based on Xi Jinping’s speeches on economic construction since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the current economic situation in China and the basic Marxist views on productivity and production relations,this paper constructs a framework to explain the theoretical system of Xi Jinping’s economic thought.Finally,the paper presents several key areas for implementing Xi Jinping’s economic thought.
