高校“第二课堂成绩单”制度关键结构及发展研究 被引量:21

A Research on the Structure and Development of “Extracurricular Activities Performance” System in Universities

摘要 围绕高等教育综合改革和质量提升,高校需切实承担起大学生素质教育的主体责任。新时代高等教育信息化背景下,作为一项将面向全国高校全面推进的大学生素质教育制度设计,高校"第二课堂成绩单"制度试图回答"培养新时代所需人才"的时代命题。文本通过对政策和文献的梳理,厘清该项制度的生成逻辑和研究现状。在多所高校实践调研基础上,从价值论、本体论和方法论层面分析该项制度的结构化机理,阐释该项制度所需的课程体系、学分体系、信息体系、组织体系、服务体系、数据体系、制度体系和评价体系八个关键结构,并对该项制度的发展趋向从育人使命、服务理念、课程内容、测量方法四个方面进行展望。 As the comprehensive reform and quality improvement in higher education are under way,colleges and universities are supposed to shoulder the major responsibility to bring quality-oriented education into force.In the information age of higher education,the Extracurricular Activities Performance system is designed to‘cultivate talent suitable for the new era’.This essay clarifies the emergence and actuality of this institution by combining the theoretical and policy basis.Based on the investigation in a number of universities,the essay analyses the structural mechanism of this institution from axiological,ontological and methodological perspectives,and points out that eight central elements are necessary for the whole system:curriculum,credit,information,organization,service,statistics,regulation and evaluation.Moreover,the essay assesses the foreseeable trend of the development in this system from four aspects:educating mission,service concept,curriculum content,and measurement method.
