斜直井钻机在新疆油田九区VHSD水平井中的应用

APPLICATION OF SLANT STRAIGHT-HOLE RIG IN VHSD HORIZONTAL WELL IN 9TH DISTRICT OF XINJIANG OIL-FIELD

新疆油田拥有丰富的浅层稠油资源,1993年新疆油田利用斜直井钻机在克拉玛依油田九区和风城地区钻成了8口斜直水平井,因当时钻机设备及工艺落后,该技术并未得到推广应用,多年来新疆油田公司一直采用直井钻机钻水平井的方式开采浅层稠油油藏,2014年新疆油田开展了直井与水平井组合的驱泄复合(VHSD:Vertical Horizontal Steam Drive)先导试验。最终试验表明,VHSD技术可有效提高稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐后期的开发效果。为继续应用水平井技术经济、有效地开发浅层稠油油藏,同时探索新的水平井钻井方式,时隔二十余年后,2018年新疆油田公司决定选择在克拉玛依九区进行斜直井钻机钻VHSD水平井的先导试验,并成功钻成了新疆油田第一口应用斜直井钻机钻成的VHSD水平井——HWT98020井,该井完钻井深757 m,垂深165.40 m,井斜角89.50°。该井的顺利完成,不仅意味着新疆油田对钻井设备的不断探索突破,对克拉玛依油田未来的浅层稠油井开采也具有及其重大意义。

Xinjiang oil field is rich in shallow heavy oil resources. In 1993, slant straight-hole rig was used to drill 8 wells in the 9 th District and Fengcheng District of Karamay Oilfield in Xinjiang Oilfield. Because the drilling equipment and technology at that time were relatively backward, the technology was not popularized and applied. For many years, Xinjiang Oilfield Company has been using straight-hole rig to drill horizontal well to exploit shallow heavy oil reservoirs. In 2014, Xinjiang Oilfield Company carried out a VHSD(Vertical Horizontal Steamdrive) composed of plumb shaft and horizontal well to conduct pilot tests. The final test shows that VHSD technology can effectively improve the development effect of heavy oil reservoir in the later stage of steam huff and puff. In order to continue to use horizontal well technology to develop economically and effectively shallow heavy oil reservoirs and to explore new drilling methods for horizontal wells, Xinjiang Oilfield Company decided in 2018 to choose slant straight-hole rig to drill VHSD horizontal wells in 9 th District of Karamay after an interval of more than 20 years, and successfully drilled the first VHSD horizontal well-HWT98020 well by Xinjiang Oilfield Company through slant straight-hole rig. The drilled well depth of this well is 757 m, the true vertical depth is 165.40 m,and the hole drill angle is 89.50°.
