摘要
碳酸盐岩油井套损对油田的正常生产危害较大,不仅影响生产时率和产量,而且套损后长时间出水、出砂会对井筒、产层造成一些不可逆的破坏,严重时甚至造成油井报废,最终导致储量的损失。但是,只要做到早发现早治理,套损井复产的成功率还是较高的。本次研究提出了一种用于确定碳酸盐岩油井套损的新方法,即无控制自流注水模型判别法,经过实践检验,对套损出水的油井能够很好的进行识别,快速准确的确定套损。该方法是基于对自流注水技术的深入研究,它是在静态资料分析的基础上,通过对比无控制自流注水状态下油井的采油曲线出现"锯齿状"波动,后期含水快速上升的特征进行判别的。
The casing damage of carbonate oil production wells endangers the normal production of oil fields. It can not only affect production rate and yield,and long-time water and sand flowing will also cause some irreversible damage to the wellbore and reservoir, which even cause the oil well to scrapped, eventually leading to the loss of reserves. But, as long as the early detection and early treatment, the success rate of casing repair wells is still higher. This study presents a new method for confiming the casing damage of carbonate oil production wells,which is the uncontrol dumpflooding model discriminant method. After test in practice, the production wells which flows water because of casing damage can be well identified,fast and accurate. The method is based on the deep study of dumpflooding technology. Based on static data analysis, and by comparison of 'jagged' fluctuation and water cut quickly rising of oil production curve of oil well with uncontrolled dumpflooding, the character is confimed.
