摘要
海上稠油油田随着调驱轮次的增加,调驱效果逐渐变差,影响稠油油田整体开发效果,针对这些问题探索了新型的强化分散体系调驱技术。利用室内物理模拟实验,开展了强化分散体系的降粘效果、破乳性能以及油水界面张力实验分析。实验结果表明,强化分散体系通过乳化降粘,使稠油与强化分散体系水溶液形成O/W乳状液,提高原油流动性;同时该调驱体系可以降低油水界面张力,提高洗油效率,进而提高水驱采收率。矿场实际应用后,井组日产油提高33m^3/d,含水率下降4.2%,累增油达到1.6×10~4m^3,降水增油效果明显。强化分散体系调驱技术对改善海上稠油油田开发效果是有效的,该项技术为其他稠油油田的矿场实践提供了借鉴意义。
With the increase of profile control flooding times in offshore heavy oil reservoir, the effect of profile control flooding becomes worse, which influences the overall development effect of heavy oil reservoir. Therefore,a new enhanced dispersion system for profile control flooding is explored. Based on the laboratory experiment,the viscosity reduction effect, demulsification performance and oil-water interfacial tension of the enhanced dispersion system are studied. The experimental results show that the enhanced dispersion system can reduce viscosity by emulsification and form 0/W emulsion between heavy oil and the enhanced dispersion system, which improves the fluidity of heavy oil. The enhanced dispersion system can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension,which improves the oil displacement efficiency and water flooding recovery. Field application indicates that the oil production rate improves by 33 m^3/d and the water cut decreases by 4.2% and cumulative incremental oil reaches 1.6×10~4 m^3, which shows a favorable performance. Research shows that the enhanced dispersion system for profile control flooding is feasible for improving the development effect of offshore heavy oil reservoir, which provides certain technical reference for the development of similar heavy oil reservoir.
