摘要
探讨了湿法脱碳工艺中的吸收塔、再生塔原料对碳钢、不锈钢的腐蚀。针对两塔的操作工况,通过室内试验,分析了脱碳装置中主要设备吸收塔、再生塔中不同原料介质对20G和316L材质的影响,提出了湿法(醇胺法)工艺高压高温环境下脱碳单元设备管道的20G和316L材质对不同介质的适应条件。
This paper discusses the corrosion of carbon steel and stainless steel by raw materials of absorption tower and regeneration tower in wet decarburization process, According to the operating conditions of the two towers,through laboratory tests, The influences of different raw materials in the absorption tower and regeneration tower of the main equipment in the decarburization device on the material of 20 G and 316 L are analyzed, The suitable conditions of 20 G and 316 L materials of the decarburization unit for different media in the high pressure and high temperature environment of the wet process(alcohol amine process) were proposed.
