摘要
通过机械合金化球磨工艺制备9Cr-ODS钢过饱和固溶体合金粉末,并将制备好的合金粉末经热等静压烧结制备9Cr氧化物弥散强化钢,研究其微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,试验钢的晶粒组织并不存在明显的各向异性,平均晶粒尺寸为1.33μm;试验钢的微观组织中分布着多种析出相包括纳米尺寸析出相(尺寸一般为几个纳米,密度为4.4×1022个/m3),Y2Ti2O7(面心立方,a=1.009nm)析出相以及极少量富Cr、Mn大尺寸的氧化物析出相。9Cr-ODS钢在不同温度下测试都表现出较高的强度,室温、550℃和650℃下的抗拉强度分别为1 124、697和386MPa。9Cr-ODS钢的拉伸断口形貌由室温时解理断裂特征为主转变为高温时韧性断裂为主。
9Cr-ODS steel supersaturated solid solution alloy powder was prepared by mechanical alloying ball-milling process,then,the prepared alloy powders were consolidated into 9Cr-ODS steel by hot isostatic pressing,the microstructure and mechanical property of 9Cr-ODS steels were investigated.The experiment data illustrated that the microstructure of 9Cr-ODS steel had no remarkable microstructural anisotropy and the mean diameter of grain size was 1.33μm.There were many kinds of phases observed in 9Cr-ODS steel:nanosized precipitates(the distribution density of nanosized precipitates was 4.4×1022/m3),Y2Ti2O7precipitates with fcc structure(a=1.009nm)and a few of rich Cr and Mn big oxide precipitation phase.9Cr-ODS steel showed high tensile strength at different temperature.Tensile strength at room temperature,550℃and 650℃were 1 124,697and 386MPa respectively.As the test temperature increases,tensile fracture surface of 9Cr-ODS steel changed from cleavage fracture characteristics to ductile fracture characteristics.
