摘要
为获得航天用过滤器电子束焊焊接的优良焊缝开展了试验研究。通过设计焊接工装和调试焊接工艺参数对过滤器进行试焊,并对焊接缺陷进行分析,得到影响该过滤器焊接质量的关键因素。通过不断改进设计该过滤器焊接的定位与加紧工装,并对焊接工艺参数进行优化,获得最佳焊接工艺参数组合,不仅满足了过滤器焊接质量要求,而且大幅度提高了产品焊接质量。该方法可为此类产品获得可靠的焊接质量提供参考依据。
In order to obtain the excellent weld seam of aerospace filter electron beam welding,the test was down.Welding tooling design and optimization of welding process parameters were used to test the filter,and the welding defects were analyzed to obtain the main factors that affecting the welding quality of the filter.Through continuous improvement of filter welding positioning and clamping tooling design and optimization of welding process parameters,the optimal welding process parameters combination was finally obtained,so the welding quality of the product met the requirements and greatly improved the quality of products.It can be used as a reference for the reliable welding quality of similar products.
