新疆哈萨克药厚叶岩白菜化学成分初步研究

Initial Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Bergenia Crassifoliain Kazak Medicine

目的:对新疆哈萨克民族常用药厚叶岩白菜进行化学成分初步研究,为有效成分的提取纯化提供依据。方法:利用系统的化学成分预实验,结合化合物类型专项检查方法,进行化合物类型的确定。结果:厚叶岩白菜中可能含有黄酮类、强心苷类、香豆素、内酯、甾体、三萜、蒽醌类、酚类、鞣质、有机酸、多糖、蛋白质及挥发油,不含有生物碱。结论:初步确定了厚叶岩白菜的化学成分,为其进一步深入研究奠定了基础。

Objective: To study the chemical constituents about Bergenia crassifolia (L.) Fritsch in traditional Kazak medicine, and provide evidence to the extraction and purification of active constituents. METHODS Using the system pre-experiment combined with special inspective method to determine the type of compounds. RESULTS There are flavonoids, cardiac glycosides, coumarin, lactone, steroids, triterpenoids, anthraquinones, phenols, tannins, organic acids, polysaccharides, proteins and volatile oils in Bergenia crassifolia (L.) Fritsch, but alkaloids are not included in the herb. CONCLUSION We initially identified the chemical composition of Bergenia crassifolia (L.) Fritsch.It provides foundation for further study.
