Problems and Suggestions on Expanding AIDS Testing among Outpatients

目的:了解综合医院的门诊患者对艾滋病检测的知识、态度和行为,为在门诊患者中扩大艾滋病检测政策的实施提供科学依据。方法:采用分阶段整群抽样方法抽取综合医院的门诊患者,进行现场匿名问卷调查。结果:门诊患者对艾滋病预防知识的平均知晓率为81.75%,但对艾滋病检测知识的了解仅为16.19%,七成左右调查者认为艾滋病检测有必要,但检测不应收费,若收费应由政府承担;获取艾滋病知识途径主要集中在艾滋病日宣传、社区专题宣传栏和新闻媒体与网络。结论:通过调查认识到在综合医院门诊患者中扩大艾滋病检测的影响因素和存在问题,结合当地实际情况,给出了推进门诊患者扩大艾滋病检测工作的几点建议。

Objective: To know about the knowledge, attitude and behavior of AIDS Testing among outpatients in General Hospital,promoting the expand HIV testing in outpatients provide a scientific basis. Methods Adopting the method of multistage cluster sample to extract the outpatients in General Hospital, and to conduct anonymous questionnaire survey. Results The average awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 81.75% among outpatients, and but it was only 16.19% on the knowledge of AIDS Testing;about 70% respondents think the HIV testing is necessary, and testing fee shall be borne by the government; the way that outpatients access to the knowledge of AIDS Testing mainly focused on World AIDS day, community thematic publicity columns and the news media and network. Conclusion The affecting factors and existing problems of expand AIDS testing were realized through the investigation in the general hospital outpatient, combined with the local actual situation, some advice of promoting the Expand AIDS testing was given among outpatients.Some advice is given to outpatients to expand HIV testing work.
