传统温箱加双面蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨新生儿高胆红素血症采用传统温箱加双面蓝光照射治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年7月-2017年7月期间收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿106例为研究对象,根据随机数字法将其分为两组,其中给予对照组传统温箱+单面蓝光照射治疗,而观察组则运用传统温箱+双面蓝光照射治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗前,两组的血清总胆红素值比较无差异(P> 0.05);观察组双面蓝光照射治疗与对照组单面蓝光照射治疗6h、12h比较后,观察组的血清总胆红素值明显下降,与对照组比较后,差异具有统计学意义;相比较对照组而言,观察组的治疗有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的蓝光照射治疗时间为(2.8±0.5)d,明显短于对照组的(3.7±1.1)d,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。同时,两组经蓝光照射治疗无效的患儿,均接受换血治疗,治疗2d后,血清胆红素水平为153.9-206.3μmol/L,黄疸症状改善明显。同时观察组的不良反应发生率为5.66%,低于对照组的15.09%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床上给予新生儿高胆红素血症传统温箱+双面蓝光照射治疗效果显著。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional warm box and double-sided blue light irradiation on hyperbilirubinemia of newborns. Methods 106 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research object, which divided into two groups according to the random number method, the control group was treated with traditional warm box plus single side blue light irradiation, while the observation group was treated with traditional warm box plus double side blue light irradiation treatment, compared the curative effect of the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in the value of total bilirubin in the two groups(P > 0.05);After the treatment of 6 h and 12 h, the serum total bilirubin value of the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the observation group, and there was a obvious difference between the groups(P < 0.05). Meanwhile, there was a difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P < 0.05). The duration of blue ray irradiation therapy in the observation group was(2.8± 0.5)d,significantly shorter than that in the control group(3.7±1.1) d,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.66%, lower than 15.09% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with traditional warm box plus double-sided blue light irradiation is significant.
