无线实时血压监测系统在控制血压以及达标率中的作用

摘要 目的探究基于云平台的远程无线实时血压监测系统对高血压患者血压控制率、达标率和治疗满意度的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2016年6月间收住在新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏中心的患者,共80例均为高血压患者,分别为观察组(40人)和对照组(40人)。对照组和观察组患者血压监测方法分别为常规基础血压监测和基于云平台的远程无线实时血压监测系统监测。观察组用基于云平台的远程无线实时血压监测系统定期监测血压;对照组应用常规监测方法。通过比较两组血压控制率、达标率和治疗满意度评价基于云平台的远程无线实时血压监测系统监测的效应。结果观察组与对照组在性别构成、年龄、病程、血压水平、用药情况等方面无明显差异。观察组血压水平控制率显著高于对照组(95%vs57.5%,P <0.05);观察组患者血压水平达标率显著高于对照组达标率(92.5%vs52.5%,P <0.05);观察组治疗满意显著高于对照组满意度(100%vs80%,P <0.05)。结论高血压患者血压监测中运用基于云平台的远程无线实时血压监测系统能有效提高血压水平控制率和达标率,能显著提高患者对治疗工作的满意度,具有一定的推广价值。 Objective To explore the effects of cloud platform-based remote real-time blood pressure monitoring system on blood pressure control and compliance rate in hypertensive patients. Methods 80 patients with hypertension were enrolled between January2014 to June 2016 and divided into the observation group(n = 40) and the control group(n = 40). The monitoring of blood pressure in the control and observation groups were monitored by conventional blood pressure monitoring method and by cloud platform-based remote real-time blood pressure monitoring system. Effects were evaluated by comparing the blood pressure control treatment satisfaction rates of the two groups. Results The control rate of blood pressure was significantly higher in the observation group than that of control group(95% vs 57.5%, P < 0.005). The compliance rate(92.5%) was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(95% vs 52.5%, P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(100% vs80%, P < 0.005). Conclusion Cloud platform-based remote wireless real time blood pressure monitoring system is helpful in raising the blood pressure control, compliance and treatment satisfaction rates in hypertensive patients.
