老年重症患者早期营养干预降低相关性肺炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of early nutrition intervention to reduce associated pneumonia in senile severe patients

目的探讨老年重症患者早期营养干预后降低相关性肺炎发生率的影响。方法采用临床实验对比法,选择本院2017年1-10月住院的老年重症患者122例,随机分为两组,即I组(即早期营养干预组61例)和II组(末期营养干预组61例)。分别从营养状况改善、患者生存质量提高、血气分析指标优越及降低相关性肺炎发生率等方面为研究依据,进行上述内容、指标综合分析。结果 I组较II组患者营养状况明显改善(P<0.05);I组患者生存质量各项指标得分均比II组患者提高(P<0.05);在血气分析指标氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度方面,I组明显优越II组(P<0.05),I组相关性肺炎发生率(13.1%)比II组(37.7%)显著降低(P<0.01)。结论老年重症患者早期运用营养干预可使患者营养状况改善,生存质量提高,血气分析明显好转,相关性肺炎发生率显著降低,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the effect of early nutritional intervention on reducing the incidence of associated pneumonia in elderly patients with severe diseases.Methods 122 Elderly Patients with severe diseases hospitalized in our hospital from January to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the group I(61 cases in early nutrition intervention group)and the group II(61 cases in end nutrition intervention group).Based on the improvement of nutritional status,quality of life of patients,superiority of blood gas analysis indicators and reduction of the incidence of associated pneumonia,the above contents and indicators were comprehensively analyzed.Results The nutritional status of the group I was significantly improved compared with the group II(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life in the group I were higher than that of the group II(P<0.05);the oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and oxygen saturation in blood gas analysis were significantly superior to that of the group II(P<0.05),and the incidence of associated pneumonia in the group I(13.1%)was significantly lower than that in the group II(37.7%)(P<0.01).Conclusion Early nutritional intervention can improve the nutritional status,quality of life,blood gas analysis and incidence of associated pneumonia in elderly patients with severe diseases,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
