关于颌间牵引钉在颌面骨折中的应用分析

目的探讨关于颌间牵引钉在颌面骨折中的应用分析。方法根据入组标准选择100名2017年1月-2018年1月本院接收的颌面骨折疾病患者,按照随机法,将成功入组的100名患者均分为两组,观察组患者为其实施颌间牵引钉治疗,对照组患者仅实施常规治疗,通过对比两组患者在不同治疗方法下的住院时长、并发症的发生率与生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分(95.72±2.58)数据明显优于对照组患者的生活质量评分(84.85±4.63),而并发症的发生率(8%)、住院时长(4.78±2.78)d低于对照组患者并发症的发生率(26%)、住院时长(9.34±2.13)d,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于本院接受治疗的颌面骨折的患者,将颌间牵引钉运用于颌面骨折治疗中,能有效的降低患者发生局部黏膜溃疡、感染与疼痛等并发症的发生率,促进患者疾病的好转,缩短患者在院治疗的总时间,可有效的提升患者的生活质量,该治疗方法可在相关科室进行推广。

Objective To explore the application of intermaxillary traction nail in maxillofacial fracture.Methods 100 patients with maxillofacial fracture disease received in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected according to the standard of entry.According to the random method,100 patients were divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were treated with intermaxillary traction,the control group was only treated with general treatment,and the two groups were treated in different treatments.Length of hospital stay,complication rate and quality of life score were calculated.Results The quality of life score(95.72+2.58)of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(84.85+4.63),and the incidence of complications(8%)and the length of hospitalization(4.78+2.78)d were lower than that of the control group(26%),and the length of the hospital(9.34+2.13)d,(P<0.05).The above observation index data were comparable.Conclusion For the patients with maxillofacial fracture treated in our hospital,the intermaxillary traction screws can be used in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture.It can effectively reduce the incidence of local mucosal ulcer,infection and pain,improve the patient’s disease and shorten the total time of hospital treatment,and it can effectively improve the patient.The quality of life can be promoted in relevant departments.
