超声造影在精准浅表淋巴结穿刺活检引导及定位中的价值

Value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the guidance and localization of precision superficial lymph node biopsy

目的探讨超声造影在精准浅表淋巴结穿刺活检引导及定位中的价值。方法选择2017年3月-2018年7月本院经受超声造影引导及定位下行浅表淋巴结穿刺活检患者23例作为实验组,选择同期经受常规超声引导及定位下行浅表淋巴结穿刺活检患者23例作为对照组,比较两组取材成功率、诊断符合率、活检术后并发症发生率及患者康复情况。结果实验组取材成功率、诊断符合率、术后并发症发生率、术后康复率均优于对照组(100%&86.96%)、(91.30%&73.91%)、(4.35%&17.39%)、(95.65%&82.61%),其差异比较有显著统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论超声造影在精准引导、定位浅表淋巴结穿刺活检中具有绝对优势,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the guidance and localization of accurate superficial lymph node biopsy.Methods A total of 23 patients who underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and localized superficial lymph node biopsy in our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the experimental group.23 patients who underwent conventional ultrasound guidance and localized superficial lymph node biopsy during the same period were selected as the control group.The success rates of the two groups,the diagnostic compliance rate,the postoperative complication rate,and the patient’s rehabilitation status were compared.Results The success rate,diagnostic compliance rate,postoperative complication rate,and postoperative recovery rate in the experimental group were better than that of the control group(100%&86.96%)、(91.30%&73.91%)、(4.35%&17.39%)、(95.65%&82.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is superior in the accurate guidance and positioning of superficial lymph node biopsy.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
