野外油田驾驶员工作倦怠现状及其与工作能力关系研究

Study on the relationship between job burnout and working ability of wild oilfield motor vehicle drivers

目的探讨野外油田驾驶员工作倦怠的主要影响因素及工作倦怠与工作能力之间的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,于2015年3-6月抽取新疆油田公司所属4家石油运输作业公司驾驶员1 080名进行工作倦怠问卷(CMBI)和工作能力指数(WAI)问卷流行病学调查。结果野外油田驾驶员工作倦怠检出率为92.5%(908/982);在工作倦怠总分上,不同性别、车型、工龄油田驾驶员总得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在情感耗竭维度上,不同性别、车型、工龄、学历油田驾驶员得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在人格解体维度上,不同性别、民族、车型驾驶员得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在成就感降低维度上,不同学历油田驾驶员得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),低学历驾驶员成就感降低得分较高;不同工作倦怠程度组工作能力分级不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);工作倦怠与工作能力呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论驾驶员工作倦怠影响工作能力,公司管理者应重视驾驶员工作倦怠问题,增进驾驶员的成就感、调整工作倦怠程度因素可以提高工作能力水平。

Objective To explore the primary reasons influencing the job burnout of wild oilfield drivers and to analyze the association between working ability and job burnout.Methods Questionnaires regarding CMBI and WAI were carried out on 1 080 drivers employed by 4different oil transportation companies from March to June 2015 in Xinjiang Karamy oilfield using stratified cluster sampling approach.ResultsThe burnout rate was detected to be 92.5%(908/982);on job burnout scores,there were significant difference of gender,car type and years of driving(P <0.05);on emotional exhaustion,there were significant difference of gender,car type,years of driving and education level(P <0.01);on the reducing of sense of achievement,there was significant difference of drivers with different education level(P <0.01),to be specific the high level of eduction the drivers have,the higher the scores of reducing of sense of achievement the drivers will have;there was also significant difference of drivers with different working ability in different groups based on different job burnout extent(P <0.01);there was significantly inversedcorrelation between job burnout and working ability(P <0.01).Conclusion Job burnout of driver serviced in the wild oilfield was shown to be able to influence the working ability,on which more attention should be paid by management of corporations.improvement of sense of achievement of drivers and adjustment of factors relevant to job burnout may be able to improve the level of working ability.
