摘要
目的探讨TOPSIS法对大型综合性三甲医院医疗中心的综合评价的应用。方法以样本医院管理信息系统(HIS系统)调取核心指标数据为基础,采用TOPSIS综合评价法计算最优中心。结果医疗中心运行情况差距较大,评价结果基本符合医院实际运行情况。结论医疗中心管理模式是大型公立医院可持续发展的一次实践探索,TOPSIS对医疗中心的评价具有一定的使用价值。
Objective To investigate the application of the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)comprehensive evaluation method in medical center of large comprehensive tertiary hospitals.Methods Based on the data form HIS(Hospital Information System)of the hospital,evaluate the optimal medical center in TOPSIS method was evaluated.Results The results of medical centers was shown to be large different,but the results were presented to be fundamentally in line with the actual situation.Conclusion Establish of medical center management mode was a practice,TOPSIS was shown to have a certain practical value in the evaluation of large comprehensive tertiary hospital.
