台湾老街保护发展历程研究

A Study on the Process of Taiwan Historical Street Preservation

近年大陆地区掀起一阵古镇热,古镇在发展的同时也给保护带来了很多问题。台湾地区的文化背景与大陆相似,且在老街保护方面发展时间较长,有较高的借鉴与研究价值。文章介绍了台湾老街的基本情况与形成历史,以四个重要案例剖析了台湾老街保护的发展历程,指出以社区营造为代表的"文化塑造"与"群众参与"是台湾老街保护的特点与成功关键,并应思考未来更为多元的保护途径。

In recent years, there has been a rapid development in ancient town in Chinese mainland, which also brings some problems to the preservation of it. Taiwan has a similar cultural background of the mainland and also has a longer history in the preservation of historical streets, which is valuable in reference and research. This paper introduces the basic situation and history of Taiwan’s historical street with four important cases, and points out that "cultural construction" and "local participation" represented by community building are the keys to success in preservation, and we can think about diverse ways in preservation in the future.
