The Research and Design of the Tennis Court in Wuhan Optics Valley International Tennis Center

武汉光谷国际网球中心网球馆的设计从其承载的比赛功能和地域文化入手,采用气旋形态玻璃幕墙作为外围护结构,通过技术与艺术的有机融合体现体育建筑的艺术价值和文化特征,实现了文化、意象、造型、功能、结构的统一。

This paper discusses the design concepts and methods of the tennis court in Wuhan Optics Valley International Tennis Center.The design of the tennis center starts with the game functions and regional culture.Cyclone-shaped glass curtain wall is used as the outer building envelope.Through the organic integration of technology and art,it reflects the artistic value and cultural characteristics of sports architecture,and realizes the unification of culture,imagery,modeling,function and structure.
