多抗、高配合力玉米自交系丹598的选育技术研究

Breeding and Application on the Multiple Resistances,High Combining Ability Inbred Line of Maize Dan 598

多抗、高配合力玉米自交系丹598是以外引具有抗大斑病单基因的玉米自交系OH43Ht3,与具有抗大斑病多基因抗性的丹340、丹黄02和配合力较高、农艺性状较好的丹黄11及抗尾孢菌、弯孢菌叶斑病很强的外引杂交种后代选系丹黄18,经单交、复合杂交、回交及多代自交选育而成。鉴定与应用结果表明:丹598具有抗病、抗虫、抗倒伏、耐旱、配合力高、自身产量较高和适应性强等特点。以丹598为亲本,与Reid和Lancaster种群选系杂交具有很强的杂交优势,如丹玉26、丹玉39、丹科2123和东单60等已在全国大面积推广应用。丹598是我院近年来育出的应用较广的新的优良玉米自交系。

The multiple resistance,high combining ability inbred line of maize Dan598comes from the parents OH43 ht3 ,Dan340,Danhuang02,Danhuang11and Danhuang18.The parent OH43 ht3 has a single gene ht3resistance to disease leaf blight of corn.(Helminthosporium turcicum pass.)And another two parents Dan340and Danhuang02have multiple genes resistance to Helminthosporium turcicurm pass.And the parent Danhuang11has high combin-ing ability and fine economic characteristics.The last parent Danhuang18resists to diseases to Cercospora zeae-maydis and Curvularia lunata.We used these breeding materials by the methods of single cross,multiple cross,back cross,and several times of self crossbred the new inbred line Dan598.The identification of Dan598showed that it has the characteristics of multiple resistance to many diseases,resistance to corn borer,lodging and drought.And has high combing ability,wide adaptation and high yield.Especially Dan598crosses with Reid and Lancaster groups has very strong combining ability.For example the hybrid Danyu26,Danyu39,Danke2123and Dongdan60have been commercial grown in spring maize zone of North China.Inbred line Dan598is a superior line which developed by Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and commercial using in recent years.
