念珠菌性外阴阴道炎是一种常见的妇产科感染性疾病 ,妊娠期念珠菌感染明显增加 ,这可能与孕期雌激素增高、机体免疫状况改变等因素有关 ,妊娠期抗念珠菌药物的使用需要特别注意其对胎儿的安全性 ,对高危新生儿可适当进行预防性治疗。

Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a common infective disease seen in department of gynecology and obstetrics, which can affect the women's reproductive health seriously. The significantly increased morbidity during pregnancy may be associated with high level of progesterone and changes in immunity of the body during pregnancy and so on. The use of anticandidals during pregnancy requires special consideration on safety of the drugs for the developing fetus. A prepartal preventive treatment for candidiasis should be considered for those high risk neonates.
