摘要
低分子量血清蛋白的概况可以反映器官潜在的病理变化 ,有助于肿瘤的早期诊断。在质谱技术的基础上发展起来的表面加强激光解析及电离飞行时间质谱技术联合人工智能技术 ,可以对卵巢癌患者的血清进行分析从而得到蛋白质图谱 ,对血清蛋白质图谱分析可用于卵巢癌的筛查 ,有望成为卵巢癌新的诊断手段。
The profiles of some serum proteins with low molecular weight can reflect potential pathological changes of some organs and the atlas analysis on serum proteins contributes to early diagnosis of tumor [1,2] . Using surface enhanced laser desorption and ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI TOF MS) developed on the basis of mass spectrum technique in combination with artificial intelligent technique, we can analyze the serum of the patients with ovarian cancer and get the atlas of the proteins in it. The atlas analysis on serum proteins can be used in screening of ovarian cancer and it hopefully becomes a new diagnosing approach of the disease.
