热疗治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

Observation of hot-therapy in treating secretory otitis media(SOM)

目的 :观察热疗治疗分泌性中耳炎 (SOM )的疗效 ,为临床治疗SOM提供新的治疗方法。方法 :随机将SOM12 0例、131耳分为热疗组和对照组进行观察。结果 :12 0例随访 6、9、12、2 4月 ,热疗组痊愈率为4 2 .9%、6 5 .6 %、83.6 %、85 .2 % ;对照组为 2 2 .9%、5 7.2 %、71.4 %、74 .3%。热疗组有效率为 10 0 %、98.4 %、96 .7%、93.4 % ;对照组为 87.1%、91.4 %、90 .0 %、84 .3%。结论

Objective: To study the effect of hot-therapy in treating SOM.Method: 120 cases of 131 ears with adult SOM were divided into hot-therapy group and control group by random and double blind method.Result: Followed up for 6,9,12and 24 months, the cure rate of hot-therapy group was 42.9%,65.6%,83.6% and 85.2% respectively,of the control group was 22.9%,57.2%,71.4% and 74.3% respectively.The effective rate of hot therapy was 100%, 98.4%,96.7%,93.4% respectively, of the control group was 87.1%,91.4%,90.0%,84.3% .Conclusion:Hot-therapy and tympanic paracentesis or plastictubular buttons is effective in treating SOM.
