Evaluation on the diagnosis and treatment of infective cervical cystic lymphangioma

目的 :总结颈部囊状淋巴管瘤合并感染的诊断和治疗经验。方法 :分析 2例患者的临床病理资料和治疗效果。结果 :反复穿刺抽液 1例 ,病灶清除 1例 ,均治愈 ,随访 5年无复发。结论 :穿刺抽液。

Objective:To summarize the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment for infective cervical cystic lymphangioma (ICCL). Method: The clinical data and treatment result of two ICCL cases were analyzed.Result:One was punctured to the cyst and the other was perforned surgical treatment. Both were cured with satisfactory outcome and no reccurrence occurred during a follow-up of 5 years. Conclusion:Puncturing to the cyst and surgical treatment can obtain better curative effect.
