大鼠角膜中TGF-β_1的表达及其意义

摘要 目的 :检测大鼠角膜中TGF - β1的含量及其表达部位。方法 :取大鼠的眼球切片 ,应用免疫组化方法检测TGF - β1在角膜中的含量和位置分布。结果 :在大鼠角膜的上皮层及基底细胞膜中存在TGF - β1。结论 :TGF - β1是一种多功能的细胞因子 。 Objective: To detect the expression of TGF-β 1 in rats′ cornea. Method: Using anti- TGF-β 1 antibody,the rat cornea was stained with immunohistochemistry methods. Result: The TGF-β 1 could be detected in the epithelium and the basement membrane. Conclusions: TGF-β 1 is a multi-function celluer factor, it′s function need further study.
