虚拟频谱分析仪在织机振动测试中的应用

Application of a virtual spectrum analysis instrument in loom vibration test

使用CVI软件设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的频谱分析仪,并将其运用于喷气织机振动传感器输出信号测试与分析中,建立了整个测试系统。结果表明,与传统测振方法相比,该方法具有简单、可靠、功能强等特点,有一定的实用价值和应用前景。

A VI-based spectrum analysis instrument using CVI software is designed and it is used to test and analyze sensor output signal of jet loom vibration. The whole testing system is established. Result indicates that this method has adventage of simplicity, reliability, powerful functions, etc,as contrasted with conventional methods. Therefore it has certain practical value and application prospect.
