摘要
旨在寻求一种能对磨损状况敏感准确描述的特征量,并动态地分析磨损状况的变化趋势。采用动态数据系统建模法(DDS法),借助微机将磨损状况的变化以简洁的模型形式给出。通过时序方法中的预报技术,对机器未来时刻的磨损状况特征量给出较精确的预测值。以AIC指标作为异常磨损的判据,为设备的状况分析提供了科学的依据。
The objective of this thesis is to seek for the characteristic quantity which can describe rub state sensitively and accurately and to analyze the deve lopment tendance of rub state, The more accurate value of the characteristic quantity of coming rub state has been forecast with the help of time sequence model and forecasting technology. The scientific basis for the state analysis of equipment has been presented using AIC as differential basis.
