摘要
目的:探讨大鼠一氧化碳(CO)中毒后脑病的脑组织超微结构的改变。方法:实验组和健康对照组大鼠各10只,均被放入中毒室内,实验组通入体积分数15.0×10^(-4)的CO混合气体,健康对照组通入空气,均通气12 h,中毒后出现明显智能减退者定为CO中毒后脑病大鼠。采用透射电镜技术对其脑组织进行观察研究。结果:实验组有4只大鼠出现脑病症状,其脑组织超微结构改变为大脑皮质和海马出现约5%~15%的神经元凋亡;健康对照组无类似症状及相同超微结构改变。结论:大鼠CO中毒后脑病脑组织超微结构改变为大脑皮质和海马出现约5%~15%的神经元凋亡。
Aim:To studay the ultrastmctural changes in cerebral tissue of encephalopathy rats after carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.Methods: 20 Wistar rats were randomly divided into experiment group and control. Place the rats in chambers of inside-built 10-chamber poisoning box made by ourselves,and mixed gas of 15.0×10-4CO in air is ventilated for experiment group,while gas for control group is air. Ventilation time is 12 h.The rats with obvious intelligence damaging after CO poisoning were considered as the encephalopathy rats. The transmission electron microscope technique was adopted to studay the ultrastructural changes in cerebral tissue of encephalopathy rat. Results: There were 4 rats with encephalopathy changes after CO poisoning in experiment group, in whose cerebral cortex and hippocampus there were 5% to 15% apoptotic neurons, while no similar behavioral and ultrastructural changes appeal in control group. Conclusion: The ultrastructural changes in cerebral tissues of encephalopathy rats after CO poisoning are occurring of 5 % to 15 % apoptotic neurons.
