托吡酯快速加量治疗癫癎安全性研究

Safety of Rapid Add on Topiramate in Patients with Epilepsy

目的:评价托吡酯快速加量法治疗癫癎发作对病人的安全性影响。方法:将130例癫癎病人分成两组。一组为常规加量组,另一组为快速加量组。常规加量组为每周加25 mg,4～8周达到治疗量,快速加量组为每3天加25 mg,在10～20 d达到治疗量。分别观察其不良反应出现的时间、频度、分级和严重程度。结果:快速加量组和常规加量组的不良反应发生率分别为41.54％和38.46％,而且其持续时间均相近。结论:托吡酯的快速加量法是安全的。

Aim:To evaluate the safety of topiramate in rapid add on in treatment of epilepsy.Methods: 130 patients with epilepsy were chosen. 65 patients in routing add on group, others in rapid add on group. The routing group were given 25 mg/d topiramate in first time, then was increased 25 mg per week until the daily dosage of 100-200 mg, this lasting in 4 weeks to 8 weeks. The rapid add on group were given 25 mg/d topiramate in first time, then was increased 25 mg per 3 days until the daily dosage of 100-200 mg,this lasting in 10 days to 20 days. Every patient s side effects was observed in the following 4 month. Results: The side effect of rapid add on group was 41.56%, and the routing add on group was 38.46% , there are no significant change in two groups. Conclusion: Rapid add on topiramate is safety in treatment of epilepsy.
