摘要 人造心脏瓣膜置换术是治疗心脏瓣膜病的主要手段,人造心脏瓣膜的研制可追溯至上世纪40年代,Hufnage最早开始此方面的研究工作,并于1952年首次应用甲基丙烯球人造瓣膜缝置于降主动脉以治疗主动脉瓣关闭不全,手术虽然失败,但是人类第一次大胆地进行心脏瓣膜置换的尝试.
