摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以紫外238nm为检测波长测定了20名男性健康志愿者单剂量口服90 mg尼莫地平(Nim)胶丸和Nim片(尼莫同)后体内Nim的血药浓度。结果显示,Nim胶丸的相对生物利用度为(112.79±7.50)%;Nim胶丸的t_(1/2)、t_(max)与Nim片无显著性差异,而c_(max)、AUC_(0~8)、AUC_(0~∞)明显高于Nim片(P<0.05),说明Nim胶丸相对于Nim片为一高效口服制剂。
High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine plasma nimodipine of 90 mg nimodipine (Nim)gelatin pill and Nim tablet in a crossover design. The detector was operated at UV 238 nm. t1/2 and tmax of Nim gelatin pill were not significantly different compared with those of Nim tablet. cmax, AUC0.8 and AUC0-∞ of Nim gelatin pill were significantly different compared with those of Nim tablet(P<0. 05). It is indicated that nimodipine gelatin pill is better than nimodipine tablet.
