冠心Ⅰ号对冠心病并心肌肥厚逆转的超声及临床研究

Reseach of ultrasound and clinic on the Guan Xin Ⅰ Hao in the reversion of myocardial hypertrophy complicated by CHD

目的 :观察冠心Ⅰ号对冠心病并心肌肥厚逆转的超声改变及临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 2 0例应用冠心 1号煎剂口服 ,每日 1剂 ,3个月为 1疗程 ;对照组 2 0例服用雅施达、舒降之、肠溶阿斯匹林、单硝酸异山梨酯。结果 :治疗组病人心室重构指标明显改善 ,NO、SOD明显升高 ,MDA、CRP明显下降 ,心绞痛总有效率 93.75 % ,心功能改善总有效率 95 % ,心电图改善总有效率为 70 % ,疗效明显高于对照组。结论 :冠心Ⅰ号对冠心病并心肌肥厚有明显逆转作用 ,心室重构指标、临床症状和体征明显改善 ,且没有毒副作用。

Objective:To observe ultrasound changes and therapeutic efficacy of the reversion on the Guan Xin I Hao in patients with myocardial hypertrophy complicated by CHD.Methods:20 patients with myocardial hypertrophy complicated by CHD were treated by the Guan Xin I Hao and the ventricle reforming index,NO,SOD,MDA,CRP,symptoms,ECG(ischemic ST-T changes),holter ECG,blood viscosity and blood fat were recorded.Results:Obvious improving of the ventricle reforming index,obvious rise of NO,SOD and drop of MDA,CRP.The total efficacy of the Guan Xin I Hao to the improving of Angina Pectoris amounted to 93.75%,the improving of heart function amounted to 95%,the improving of ECG amounted to 70%,the improving time (minutes) of holter ECG from 124.69±15.96 to 40.17±5.59.There was no significant difference between these two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The Guan Xin I Hao is useful to the treatment of myocardial hypertrophy complicated by CHD,and the ventricle reforming index improved obviously,without any side effect.
