中国农业科技成果转化现状及对策分析

Status of Transformation of the Agricultural Scientific Achievements and Countermeasure Analysis in China

农业作为中国的第一产业,是国民经济的基石,是支撑其他产业发展的重要保障。农业科技是现代农业的主要推动力,促进农业科技成果转化有利于夯实农业基础,发展国民经济。中国农业科技成果转化改善了农民生活水平,促进了农村经济,加快了农业发展,成为解决三农问题的有力保障。文章分析了中国农业科技成果转化的现状以及存在的问题,并有针对性的给出了解决问题的对策及建议。

As the first industry, agriculture is the basement of national economy and the important guarantee to keep other industries developing. The major impetus of modern agriculture is supposed to be agricultural technology. Promoting transformation of the agricultural scientific achievements is beneficial to consolidate the basement of agriculture and to develop national economy. Chinese transformation of the agricultural scientific achievements improves peasants ’ life standard, promotes countryside economy, speeds up the development of agriculture and turns into the guarantee to solve the ' three rural issues ' . This article analyzed present problems of transformation of the agricultural scientific achievements in China, furthermore, we can make specific suggestions on these problems.
