密集烤房稻谷烘干器的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了充分发挥烤烟房非烘烤时期的作用,提高其闲置利用率,增加烟农收入,本研究利用原有密集烤房的结构和功能,通过研制的密集烤房稻谷烘干器开展稻谷烘干试验。结果表明:使用密集烤房稻谷烘干器较人工晒谷可以有效提升干燥率,占地面积小,干燥过程所需时长显著降低,烘干成本显著低于人工晒谷;烘干后的稻谷质量较人工晒谷有所提升,发芽率达95%以上,与人工晒谷无明显差异;采用密集烤房烘干稻谷,每烤次可烘稻谷5000 kg以上,烘干成本约为0.07元/kg,与人工晒干成本0.23元/kg相比,节约成本达160元/t以上,平均降本1200元/hm^2左右。 The paper aims to give a full play to the role of tobacco curing barn during the non-baking period,improve its utilization, and increase the income of tobacco farmers. Using the structure and function of the original bulk curing barn, we carried out the rice drying experiment through the developed drying apparatus of bulk curing barn. The results showed that: compared with manual tedding of rice, the drying rate of the bulk curing barn could be effectively improved, and its requiring area was small, its requiring time was significantly reduced and the cost of drying was obvious cut;the quality of rice grain after drying was higher than that of manual tedding, and the germination rate could reach more than 95%, showing no significant difference with that of the manual tedding;drying rice by bulk curing barn had a roasting capacity of more than 5000 kg each time, the drying cost was about 0.07 yuan/kg;compared with the manual tedding 0.23 yuan/kg, the cost saving was up to 160 yuan/t, and the average cost reduction was about 1200 yuan/hm^2.
