Clinical medication and interaction of drugs in animal medical science

动物医学临床中的用药及药物作用不外乎有两方面的问题,即药效学及药物动力学的改变.这些改变除了与临床用药的药物之间相互作用外,还与相互作用的机体“环境”,即吸收、代谢、排泄等因素有关,认识这种药物之间相互作用及药物的作用“环境”的变化关系对指导动物临床医生正确合理制定用药方案,增强疗效,减少毒性有着十分重要的意义。

There are changes in two aspects of clinical medication and interaction of drugs in clinic treatment of animal medical science, one is pharmacodynamics, the other is pharmacokinetics. These changes are related to not only mutual function among drugs used in clinic, but also interactional circumstance of body, namely is absorption, metabolism, excretion etc. It has very important significance to recognize the mutual function among drugs and the relation of changes of functionary circumstance of drugs, which can direct clinic veterinary to prescript correctly, then to strengthen currative effect of drugs and reduce toxicity of drugs.
