摘要
高纯硅微粉水萃液的电导率测定是衡量相关产品纯度的一个重要质量指标,硅微粉纯度越低,水萃液电导率就越高.对水萃液电导测定中的溶液制备条件,测定方法灵敏度等进行了实验,确定了最佳萃取时间和萃取的比例.得到方法相对标准偏差为0.11%.方法检出限(3σ)0.31 μg/ml,同时作了大量不同等级的样品检测,其电导率结果存在明显差别.对硅微粉产品的生产工艺控制,有重要的指导意义.
The determination of conductance in solution shows that the greater conductance is, the lower the purity of silica powder is. Detections have been completed in some possible optimal conditions. The detection limit is 0.31μg/ml and precision is 0.11%. Many samples have been determined and the results show that the method is meaningful for production controls.
