联合应用消痈散结汤与盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗附睾炎患者效果及对精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶和精液质量的影响

Curative effect of combined application of Xiaoyong Sanjie decoction and levofloxacine hydrochloride injection in epididymitis patients and its influence on seminal neutral α-glucosidase and semen quality

目的观察联合应用消痈散结汤与盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗附睾炎患者的效果及对精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶和精液质量的影响。方法选取航天中心医院诊治的130例附睾炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其平均分为治疗组和对照组,每组65例患者。两组患者均给予基础干预,其后,对照组患者采用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上联合消痈散结汤治疗。观察两组患者临床症状评分、附睾形态、临床疗效,检测精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶和精液质量。结果治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分、生活质量评分均显著低于治疗前(均P<0.05),且治疗组患者显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者尾厚、头厚、体厚显著低于治疗前患者(P<0.05),且治疗组患者显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率(93.9%)显著高于对照组患者(81.5%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者a级精子、精子活动率、精子密度、a+b级精子均显著高于治疗前(均P<0.05),且治疗组患者显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶水平显著高于治疗前患者(P<0.05),且治疗组患者显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用消痈散结汤联合盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液可以有效减轻附睾炎患者疼痛,提高生活质量,同时可以有效提高附睾炎患者精浆中性α-葡糖苷酶和精液质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combined application of Xiaoyong Sanjie decoction and levofloxacine hydrochloride injection in epididymitis patients and its influence on the seminal neutralα-glucosidase and semen quality.Methods 130 epididymitis patients in Aerospace Center Hospital were selected and,according to the random number table method,were divided into treatment group and control group,65 cases in each group.All the patients in the two groups were given basic intervention.Besides,the control group was treated with levofloxacine hydrochloride injection and on the basis of the control group the treatment group was given Xiaoyong Sanjie decoction.The clinical symptom score,epididymal morphology and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed,and the levels of seminal neutralα-glucosidase and semen quality were detected.Results After treatment,the pain scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and those of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tail thickness,head thickness,body thickness were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and those of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.9%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.5%)(P<0.05).After treatment,proportion of grade A sperm,sperm motility,sperm density,and proportion of grade A+B sperm were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and those of the treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neutralα-glucosidase in seminal plasma were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the those of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Xiaoyong Sanjie decoction combined with levofloxacine hydrochloride injection can effectively reduce the pain of epididymal patients,improve the quality of life,and at the same time effectively improve the seminal neutralα-glucosidase and semen quality of patients.
