人工流产患者术后性生活状态及其影响因素的调查研究

Investigation on the postoperative sexual life state of patients with induced abortion and its influencing factors

目的调查与分析人工流产患者术后性生活状态及其影响因素。方法选取2015年12月至2016年10月华北理工大学附属医院诊治的245例人工流产患者为研究对象。采用FSFI问卷对患者基本情况(年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度)和治疗情况(手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态及术后并发症发生情况)进行评估,并对评估结果进行比较,同时以Logistic回归分析处理上述因素与人工流产患者术后性生活状态的关系。结果 245例人工流产患者的FSFI问卷评估结果较差,且不同基本情况(年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度)和治疗情况(手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态及术后并发症发生情况)患者的FSFI问卷评估结果存在显著差异,经Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度、手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态和术后并发症发生情况均是此类手术患者术后性生活状态的重要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论人工流产患者术后性生活状态较差,且年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度、手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态和术后并发症发生情况均是其影响因素,应当根据这些因素实施针对性干预。

Objective To investigate and analyze the postoperative sexual life state of patients with induced abortion and its influencing factors.Methods 245 patients with induced abortion in the Affiliated Hospital of North China Polytechnic University from December 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the study object,and all the patients were evaluated with Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)questionnaire,and the FSFI questionnaire evaluation results of patients with different basic situation(ages,marital status,spouse and patients′education degree,social support degree)and treatment situation(operation modes,number of induced abortion,psychological state and postoperative complications)were compared.The relationship between those factors and postoperative sexual life state of patients with induced abortion were studied by the Logistic regression analysis.Results The FSFI questionnaire evaluation results of 245 patients with induced abortion were poor,with statistically significant differences in the FSFI questionnaire evaluation results among patients with different basic situation(ages,marital status,spouse and patients′education degree,social support degree)and different treatment situation(operation modes,number of induced abortion,psychological state and postoperative complications).The Logistic regression analysis showed that the ages,marital status,spouse and patients′education degree,social support degree,operation modes,number of induced abortion,psychological state and postoperative complications were all important influencing factors of postoperative sexual life state of patients(all P<0.05).Conclusions The postoperative sexual life state of patients with induced abortion is poor,and the ages,marital status,spouse and patients′education degree,social support degree,operation modes,number of induced abortion,psychological state and postoperative complications are all its influencing factors,which should be given targeted intervention to.
