派特灵治疗巨大尖锐湿疣22例临床观察

Observation of the clinical effects of Paiteling for 22 patients with giant condyloma acuminatum

目的观察派特灵(Paiteling)治疗巨大尖锐湿疣临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2018年6月中国人民解放军陆军第八十一集团军医院诊治的22例巨大尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。应用派特灵治疗,随访6个月,观察其治疗效果及不良反应。结果 22例患者中痊愈19例,显效3例,治愈率86.36%;治疗后不良反应主要有疼痛、红肿等,未出现其他严重不良反应。结论派特灵治疗巨大尖锐湿疣效果明显,治愈率高,复发率低,无明显瘢痕形成,无明显毒副作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Paiteling for patients with giant condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods 22 patients with giant CAtreated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected and treated by Paiteling.All the patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the treatment effect and adverse reactions.Results Among the 22 patients,there were 19 cases cured and 3 cases effective,the cure rate of 86.36%.The main adverse reactions included pain and red swelling and no serious adverse reactions were observed.ConclusionsPaiteling is safe and effective for the treatment of giant CA with high cure rate,low recurrence rate,no obvious scar formation and no toxic and side effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
