原发性早泄患者CIPE评分与SW振动值相关性研究

The study on the relationship between CIPE score and SW vibration value in patients with primary premature ejaculation

目的研究原发性早泄患者(primary premature ejaculation,PPE)中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CIPE)的分值与SW-振动值之间的相关性,以及PE患者与婚检者SW-振动值之间的相关性,进而为原发性早泄的临床诊疗提供客观依据。方法选取2017年9月至2018年4月佳木斯大学附属第一医院男科门诊诊治的121例符合国际性医学学会(international society for sexual medicine, ISSM)诊断标准的原发性早泄患者作为研究对象(实验组)。填写CIPE评价表,根据分值将实验组分为轻、中、重三组,再将49例正常婚检者作为对照组,SW-震动检测仪分别检测各组阴茎干左、右及龟头6点、12点振动值大小,进行数据分析,得出结论。结果实验组与对照组阴茎干左、右及龟头6点、12点振动值相对于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),早泄组轻、中、重三组组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论原发性早泄患者阴茎干及龟头振动值较对照组降低,敏感性增高,但是依据早泄患者CIPE分值分组后,三组间振动值结果无明显统计学差异。因此,临床上可将SW-振动值检测做为原发性早泄诊断筛查的一种客观依据。

Objective To study the correlation between the Chinese Index of Premature Ejaculation(CIPE)scores and SW-vibration valuein the patients with primary premature ejaculation(PPE),and thecorrelation of SW-vibration value between PE patients and premarital examination volunteers,in order to provide objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PPE.Methods The 129 PPE patients who were diagnosed by the International Society for Sexual Medicine(ISSM)and 49 normal marriage test patients were selected as the experimental group and the control group accordingly,and the experimental group were further divided into three groups,i.e.light group,middle group and heavy group according to the CIPE evaluation table.TheSW-vibration value at the 6-o′clock,12-o′clock,left and right stem position of glans penis were tested by using SW-Vibration Detector.Results The vibration values at the 6-o′clock,12-o′clock,left and right stem position of glans penis in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference among the light,middle and heavy group.Conclusions The vibration values of the penis are decreased and the sensitivities are increased in the PPE patients comparing with control group,but there is no significant correlation between the magnitude of the vibration value and the severity ofPPE patients.Therefore,the detection of SW-vibration value can serve as an objective basis for the screening and diagnosis of PPE.
